How To Hard Reset ALCATEL 4015X Pop C1
1. Turn off your cell phone.

2. press and hold Volume Up + Power button until you see Recovery mode.

3. Then from the menu choose option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll options, and Power button to do the process.

4. After that select option "Yes -- delete all user data", and confirm that.

5. Now choose option "reboot system now". Smile!

How To Install(flash) Custom ROM To Your Alcatel 918N

In installing Custom ROM your Alcatel OneTouch 918N you must root first your unit. How to root? Go here to root your phone first before installing Customize ROM.

Requirements on how to install Custom Firmware.
1. Rooted phone
2. Custom Firmware, ICS_v5_by_mark.zip
3. Memory card

DOWNLOAD ics_v5 BY MARK HERE

How
1. Copy CFW created by mark(ICS_v5) to the root of you memory card.
2. Turn off your phone and insert you memory card.
3. Go to recovery mode. Press Volume UP and Power Button at the same time. Unpress buttons if you see the android logo.
4. By using your volume key, choose "install zip from sdcard. Then press home button to select or run it.
5. The choose zip from sdcard and press home button again.
6. Then look for ICS_v5_by_mark.zip and press home button
7. Wait for the process to finish.

How To Root Alcatel 918N

Last time we talked about what's rooting meant. I just hope you understand it already and have an idea on why and how to root a certain cell phones. Let me tell you that rooted cell phones is different from unlocked cell phones, okay?

Today I will teach you how to root a cell phone. Specifically on how to root Alcatel 918N. All you need is your SD Card and the file SuperUserZip file. You must know also how to put Alcatel 918N into custom recovery. How? You will know later.

So to root your Alcatel 918N cell phone, just follow few steps below.
1. Copy and paste SuperUser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip fileon your SD Card.
2. With your handset off, put it on custom recovery by pressing together the VOLUME UP and POWER ON.
3. Select Install zip from SD Card.
4. Select Choose zip from SD Card.
5. Select the file downloaded. Then confirm update.
6. Reboot or restart the phone.
7. Then from your menu, look for the "SuperUser" icon with an Android face.
8. And if you saw it, Congratulations your cell phone has been successfully rooted.

How to openline Alcatel OT-223 using Z3X LG Activated

I have recieved a while ago this unit, Alcatel OT-223 asking for NCK code. It must be calculated. I used Z3X Box to calculate its NCK code. And the procedure is seen in the image.

1. MTK CALCULATOR TAB
2. CHOOSE MODEL
3. INPUT IMEI
4. INPUT PROVIDER ID
5. FINALLY PRESS CALCULATE

Put non-accepted SIMCARD on the unit and type the NCK code calculated by the software. And you are done :)

Alcatel One Touch 918N Unlock Via NCK Dongle

I haved successfully UNLOCKED my own Plan Dual SIM Alcatel Android One Touch 918N, SIM1 is lock in SUN Cellular Network. I used NCK Dongle to unlock it. And here's how:

1. Open NCK Dongle Alcatel Android MTK Tool.
2. Choose correct model.
3. The unit must be off. Click read codes and insert USB cable.


4. Install drivers. Browse at C:\NCK Dongle\NCK Dongle Alcatel Android MTK Tool\Drivers\Alcatel USB_CDC Drivers\WinXP_Driver.
5. Detach USB cable.
6. Click READ CODES and reinsert usb cable.
 And you're DONE!
